Travel and hospitality industry relies on technology to facilitate workflow, to improve the guest experience and ultimately the relationship between employees and customers. Our most recent client is a technology company, with an experience of over 30 years, with expansion in France, Bulgaria and Hungary.

They are looking to increase his implementation team with 2 consultants. If you are a tech savvy, willing to travel and relate with customers (from technical departments, sales, customer service or middle and top management), then you should not miss this opportunity.

 The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to travel to client sites. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers not only successfully implement our solutions but also fully understand and benefit from them. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

    • Product Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of our products at client locations. 
    • Customize solutions based on specific client needs and operational workflows. 
    • Client Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, ensuring they are proficient in using our products. 
    • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources. 
    • Client Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, addressing any queries or concerns. 
    • Gather feedback post-implementation to identify areas of improvement. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience. 
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on client interactions. 
    • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to client sites as required. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in roles related to operations, training, or implementation. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging training sessions for diverse audiences. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach. 
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software applications. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice. 
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
