This division specializes in crafting tailor-made holiday experiences, with a strong emphasis on premium wellness retreats and personalized travel services that reflect the brand’s commitment to comfort, quality, and customer care.

We are looking for a highly experienced ticketing agent, with solid knowledge of Amadeus, including both issue and reissue of airline tickets. In this role, the focus is on providing timely and accurate support to clients.

On average, the role involves handling approximately 7 cases per week, based on previous reports and workload distribution. This is not a front-office or new booking position — the agent provides support only when needed, for existing reservations. During working hours, availability in Amadeus is required to ensure prompt response to any situations that may arise.

At the same time, the company values its employees and strives to maintain a balanced and sustainable workflow, avoiding overload and last-minute urgencies, especially those tied to different time zones.

Responsibilities: 

  • Issuing airline tickets in Amadeus for both domestic and international routes

  • Handling reissues and making changes to existing bookings (dates, passenger names, fare classes, etc.)

  • Managing requests from international clients (Europe, USA, Asia), in line with airline fare rules and agency policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate/business travel ticketing

  • Strong proficiency in Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reissues, fare rules) – at least 5 years

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests efficiently

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Work Schedule

This is a part-time role, covering two weeks per month (non-consecutive), during evening and overnight hours:

19:00 – 09:00, including full day in weekends.

The agent is not expected to be constantly active, but to remain available and responsive during these hours, in case support is needed.

Location Preference

For onboarding and occasional in-person coordination, we would prefer candidates based in Bucharest or nearby areas. This is not a strict requirement, but proximity can help ensure a smoother induction process.
