Role Description

As a Travel Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, assisting customers with reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that every client’s travel needs are met and their experiences are seamless and enjoyable.


  • + 5 years experience in travel consulting and travel management skills
  • Experience in handling travel arrangements and reservations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using travel management systems and tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Romanian (additional languages are a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • Amadeus Hotel reservation knowledge is a plus

This is an office-based job, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
