One of the leading international players in the travel industry is expanding its Bucharest office, and we’re excited to support the growth by bringing new roles to the Romanian tourism scene. This is a great opportunity to join a global team and gain exposure to international operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings and accounts for land servivces in assigned regions.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers and internal teams.

  • Resolve discrepancies in dates or timings, providing the best alternatives.

  • Process online and pre-payments for Experiences.

  • Handle cancellations according to company procedures.

  • Create or amend components/contracts in the Tropics system.

  • Liaise with Travel Directors before, during, and after trips to ensure smooth operations.

  • Support overseas sales offices with queries and updates.

  • Monitor new bookings and late cancellations that could impact delivery.

  • Perform administrative updates to itineraries, vouchers, and related documentation.

  • Work on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings/weekends, and carry the emergency phone as required.

Experience and Skills

  • Fluency in English. Any other language is considered a plus.
  • Experience and understanding of tour operating business  
  • Ability to show attention to detail with high level of accuracy
  • Proven ability to critical thinking and flexibility
  • Work under pressure and to strict deadlines

 

Location: Hybrid – Bucharest (2 days/week in the office, in a central location, close to Universitate area)
