Our client is a 5 * resort in Danube Delta. The luxury retreat is gearing up for the new season and aims to build a strong team with focus on guest experience.
You will ensure that all front office and guest services team members receive adequate training in all Front Desk policies and procedures, assist the Front Office Manager in motivating the team and participate in the training and development of all Front Office staff. You will check arrivals of VIP guests and you are in charge of possible upgrades.
We need you to have Opera knowledge, to be punctual on duty, to anticipate the needs of the customer whenever possible, to enhance quality service and in turn enhance customer satisfaction.
We offer brand new accommodation in the resort, meals and employment contract (undetermined period).
