Our client is a 5 * resort in Danube Delta. The luxury retreat is gearing up for the new season and aims to build a strong team with focus on guest experience.
- Register and process check in for all arrivals;
- Handle guest check outs efficiently and professionally;
- Update guest information into the computer after a complete check in;
- Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediately follow up.
We need you to have Opera knowledge, to be punctual on duty, to anticipate the needs of the customer whenever possible, to enhance quality service and in turn enhance customer satisfaction.
We offer brand new accommodation in the resort, meals and employment contract (undetermined period).
