One of our long-standing partners – part of a global travel network – is expanding their team. We’ve been working together for over 8 years and trust them fully: they’re serious, people-oriented, open to new ideas, and focused on sustainable growth.
They are now looking for an experienced professional to coordinate international corporate events and group travel (MICE) – someone with a strong grasp of destination logistics, global suppliers, and complex itineraries.
Key responsibilities:
Design and manage end-to-end international MICE projects and corporate events
Build customized itineraries for groups abroad (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Americas)
Liaise with global suppliers (DMCs, hotels, transportation, venues, etc.)
Collaborate with the internal ticketing team
Prepare budgets, proposals, and travel documentation
Communicate with clients and partners throughout the planning process
Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery quality
Ideal profile:
Experience in MICE, group travel, or corporate event planning
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of international destinations and local suppliers
Fluency in English
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
Open to new concepts and creative projects
This is a hybrid position based in Bucharest.
