NEW OFFICE IN BUCHAREST: Our partner is a leading European Destination Management Company founded in 1979. They offer travel solutions for tour operators, travel agents
and event organisers with customers travelling internationally to/within Europe.
From leisure groups and students to individual travellers and corporate MICE, our local offices in
England, Scotland, France, Italy and Scandinavia, are skilled in creating and executing detailed
itineraries featuring accommodation, transport, venues, experiences and escorted excursions.
Due to company growth, they are about to open a new office in Bucharest and they are looking for an Operations manager & several operations executives.
Responsabilities:
Attract top talent to work for Europe Incoming and keep employee turnover to minimum.
Administer and maintain employee employment relations according to the local laws and regulations.
Administer Office space.
Oversee daily operations of various departments and take full responsibility of the service level provided by leading, motivating and mentoring people to achieve their operational goals.
Ensure constant training and development of employees.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives forward.
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate, to deliver solutions in a dynamic and complex environment.
Organized and flexible, with innovative mindset, to be able to quickly grasp and implement new concepts and effective solutions.
Always identify opportunities for improvement.
HR skills to administer and maintain employee employment relations according to the local laws and regulations.
Fluent in written and spoken English, digital literacy and proficient in MS Office.
Beneficial to travel industry background, travel destination knowledge of Europe, experience in multicultural working environment and with remote collaborations.
