We are looking for a passionate Senior Developer to join the IT team of a leading international travel services company. You will play a key role in architecting, designing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that support complex business requirements and large-scale systems. This is a permanent role with excellent growth opportunities, working on innovative projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Take a lead role in software architecture, design, and development.
Oversee the full application lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Mentor and guide software developers, providing technical leadership.
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business, IT) to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, microservices, NoSQL).
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Development Stack (C#, .NET, SQL, Visual Studio).
Familiarity with modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, SOLID).
Experience with high-transactional systems and large datasets.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (CouchBase, ElasticSearch) and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Flexible working hours, typically 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
